Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. At the outset, let me inform you that in your current situation self-medication is not advisable. You seem to be suffering from vaginitis as well as urethritis. You need a proper local examination by an expert along with a vaginal swab and also urinalysis. Fasting blood sugar levels also should be tested. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. You can use mild antiseptic along with lukewarm water. You also need oral anti-fungal along with local treatment, for resistant infections. Hope this helps.
