Suggest Treatment For Pruritus Vulvae Caused By Vaginal Sores
I have had spots on my vagina that started on the labia with itch, aND physical pain. Especially when urine hits it...it actually hurts to touch it...then it broke out up above the clit, and those spots ate white and greenish on color..also very painful to the touch...I am doabetic.and I have similar incidents on my scalp..like really sore spots, and very bad itching...

Your history suggests that you are having Trichomonal infection of vagina. This infection, along with the symptoms that you have described, also has greenish white vaginal discharge. This infection can be effectively treated with Metronidazole preparations.
This infection can be transmitted by sexual route also. Hence, both the sexual partners should take the treatment simultaneously (irrespective of the symptoms) to avoid reinfection.
Along with the medicinal treatment, please observe the following tips (both the partners):
1. Shave the private parts clean.
2. Boil the underwear daily.
3. (for you) Use panty liners.
4. Clip the nails flush to the skin.
5. Observe absolute sexual abstinence till both of you are declared completely cured.
