Hi! I m 21 and sexually active. I ve recently had a bad what I thought at first was a razor burn on my mond pubis area that turned into a gross painful rash that I scratched so much there are tiny scabs. The last partner I had sex with we used a condom so I don t know what it could be. I thought maybe ringworm a but I don t know if that s possible. I m freaking out. I can attach a photo

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infection due to the wound or cut due to the razor but it can be well managed with local application of "Povidone Iodine" cream, if the infection is deep seated then it may required oral antibiotic and best is Erythromycin 500 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
