Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Bump On Nose

I have a small bump (like a small zit, although it is not a zit) on the left side of my nose. It doesn t go away, but every now and then, when I blow my nose, or wash my face, it starts to bleed. It doesn t really hurt, but it bleeds copiously for such a small bump. It is red in color.

Use topical antibiotic ointment like neomycin or polyfax on this bump twice daily. Wash your face with some antiseptic and don't touch it without any reason.
