I have a pain on my right upper side of my ribs, which travels to my back. I also have pain on my right side of my back. I hear clicking near my tail bone when I move certain ways. I have also been experiencing pain on the first bone of my spine on the base of my neck.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have back pain and kidney pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like broken ribs , injuries to the chest and inflamed rib cartilage . The symptoms can also occur due to disc problem or cardiac problem . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out more serious problem . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , complete blood profile and chest x-ray . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitrate , aspirin , sedative betablockers and frusamide . Doctor may also refer you to to orthopedic surgeon for muscle bone problem . For now do proper rest , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
