Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Triglow is a steroid based cream and if it is used for
skin whitening, then initially there is a possibility that you might get good results..
But in long term steroid based creams can have serious side effects and dependency..
As you have used it for a long time of 3 years, now the symptoms of painful peeling and sensitive skin is a side effect of the steroid composition..
It can make the skin further pigmented on stopping the use and along with it, rashes, itching, bumps and
excessive hair growth on face, dilated veins under the skin can be seen..
But as sudden stoppage of using the cream also causes harmful side effects, so I would suggest you to gradually taper down the use of the cream by getting a supervision from a skin specialist.
You can however use safer fairness creams like
Kojic acid containing creams..
You can also use combination containing Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and
vitamin E.
Take Vitamin C supplements.
You can use a face scrub twice a week.
Use a sunscreen lotion before going out and avoid direct exposure to sun..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
