Suggest Treatment For Painful Swelling Around The Vaginal Opening
I have swelling around my vaginal opening to my vaginal canal. It goes all the way around the opening and the area in question has a ruffled type appearance. I also have a thin odorless discharge which is quite heavy....enough to have to wear a pad. It is uncomfortable and sometimes quite painful.

I really appreciate your concern, given history could be suggestive of some fungal infection and in my opinion best local application is "Miconazole cream" if it fails to responds then "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for 7 days can be added, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
