Suggest Treatment For Painful Swelling On Right Calf

2 weeks ago bumped calf of rt leg deep in developed a hard knot painful in morning hurt to point of wakeing me up last nite some heat last couple of days brusing is visable gets better as movement takes place still swelled compared to other leg

I think that injury has lead to collection of blood in the calf muscles it is called hematoma and it can get infected also.You can confirm the diagnosis by ultrasound. I would suggest you to start antibiotics and pain killers. Also hot water fomentaion and compression bandage will help you.
