Suggest Treatment For Painful Swelling On The Clitoris

I noticed Friday that my clitoris had swelled and it is now Thursday, 6 days later, and has not gone away. It is very sensitive and painful to the touch. It is somewhat bloody on one side, but has only leaked blood a tiny amount. Also, I was checked for strep throat yesterday and it came back positive. So all the while my clitoris was swollen, I was getting strep throat. Could my body be trying to fight off the strep and not the swelling? Please help.

The clitoris problem is most probably not related with the strep throat. The bacteria that infect those tissues are also different. But the fact that you got them at the same time, this probably means that you have a low immunity at the moment. What you are describing about the clitoris, seems like you may need antibiotics. Doxacycline 100mg for 7 days. Consider seeing a local doctor who will have a look at the swelling and also prescribe the antibiotic. Meanwhile try to keep the area around as clean as possible, Hot compresses will help relieve the pain. Wear cotton underwear.
