Suggest Treatment For Painful Ulcers And Heartburn
Hallo docter please can you help my sister she got a ulcers and it is very painfull en then she gets heartburn so badly that she is vometing from the heartburn .and she had lost a lot of weight aswell .Any medication that she can use hasnt got a medical aid. And can she drink Purbac doubel strengh for a while for the ulcers .Please doc help my sister .Have a nice evening.

It really depends upon the cause of the ulcers. If it is caused by the bacteria H. Pylori she will need antibiotics. If it is caused by stomach acid or anti-iflammatory pain medicines she can use prilosec 20 mg twice a day for 6 weeks to heal it up. Prilosec is over the counter in many places.
