Suggest Treatment For Painful Ulcers In The Entire Mouth Cavity

hello sir,i am having mouth ulcers since 4 days around tongue region,under the lips and near the tonsils which give me serious pain to swallow something it makes my feel pain even while speaking pls help with some qick relief actions as my exams are approaching hoping for positive reponsesuryansh singh

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that mouth ulcers around the tongue region, under the lips and near the tonsils and severe pain seems to be due to severe Apthous Ulcers or canker sores..
Other causes can be deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, physical trauma to the tongue, allergies, acid reflux etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests can help in diagnosis..
Treatment of underlying cause will relieve the symptoms..
As of now you can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve the symptoms.
You can also take a vitamin b complex tablet daily..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Suck ice and do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy food..
