Suggest Treatment For Painful Urinary Tract And Stomach
Hello Doctor, My father aged 59 yrs old is suffering from a pain and irritation in the urinal track. He had the same problem before a month and got cured when he had levo cetirizine. He is again suffering from the same problem for last 2 days. He is allergic to Sulfa and Fluroqunolone group. He also have pain when he press the lower bottom of the stomach. I suggest him to go for a urine examination, KFT and ultrasound (abdomen and pelvis ) and take plenty of fluids and tab Levofloxacin once in a day for 10 days.
