Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination Along With Blood In Urine

My son has been having painful urination, blood in his urine and it hurt when he has a bowel movement. He is 24 and has no medical insurance. I have had him drink plenty of water and prue cranberry juice for 2 day and the bleeding has stopped but hurts when he sits and is in pain laying down. Has not slept in a couple days.

I appreciate your concern for your son.
He should be having urinary infection which is getting better by your home remedies. Pain while bowel movements and on sitting may be due to fissure in anus.
Is he having constipation or is he strain while passing stool?
Ensure he takes high fiber diet with some lubricant laxative like crimaffine. He should not strain while passing stool. In case it doesn't respond to this, lignocain gel, nitroglycerin gel with antibiotics like metronidazole should be used after surgeon's consultation.
