Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

Hello, nice to meet u Ok so I m not sure how to say this so I ll just come right out with it I m having pain when I go pee, ok so a tiny bit comes out and there s a burning pain and I can t sleep as it is very painful and unknown theres so much pain I m almost crying, I don t have the type on money for some fancy cream or anything so if there s anything I can do to treat it please say -amy

Hello

Painful urination may be due to many causes like UTI(urinary tract infection),genitourinary calculus etc.

You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

You may need to take antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
