Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination
My urine flow has thin and some times during morning urination have pain at starting. My pelvic is sonograghed,it shows that prostate gland size is 54gm.I donot have any frequent or night urination problem sofar.At present Iam taking prmixon tablets since 2 months I don t feel any improvement with this.Now I feel to check any suitable medication in Unani.Iam 55 years old

Also if you can take Ayurvedic medicines please take the following medicines also, we can expect a good result.
1. Ullivettedukadi kashayam: 20 ml kashayam mix with 40 ml luke warm water: 30 minutes before two major meales.
2. Ural BPH capsule (proprietary medicine) . 2 capsule 2 times before meales
3. Sinduvara edanda tailam ; 5ml mix with kashayam.
Continue for 3 months.
