Suggest Treatment For Painless Lesion On Arm

I have a painless itch less lesion on my arm that started off dark reddish around the perimeter and bright red in he middle. The lesion was raised slightly. Now it s brown and looks like a burn scrapes around the outside and wrinkly in the middle with a scab. All while it has no itchiness or pain but the arm that the lesion is on does burn a little

The non itchy arm lesion may be part of disturbances related to capillaries bursting beneath the skin layers. This can manifest as petechiae or others depending upon the individual response of immune system. However, a clinical examination is must in this matter.
