Suggest Treatment For Painless Lump Under The Skin Of Buttocks

I have had a pea sized painless lump under my skin. .soft to the touch high on my left buttock cheek for some months. ..it had recently morphed to painful to the touch and hard..deflated a little withn a red area surrounding it and spreading. Uncomfortable to ly on my back or left side. What could it be please?
