Suggest Treatment For Palpitation During Pregnancy

I am 27 years of age and from pakistan. My heart rate is always been high and recetly the ecg showed that it was border line and i have suffered and still suffers from high blood pressure. My breathing feels so heavier that I do not want to take few steps. More importantly, I am pregnat. I also have 17 months old baby who was born premature as I suffered preeclempsia with her

With a history of Pre-eclampsia in last pregnancy, its always advisable for repeated and early follow ups. Even the problems you are stating, in 5% cases are associated with preeclampsia, so despite to taking risk, its better you consult your primary physician.
At the bottom line, palpitations are very common in pregnancy, and are in most of cases harmless.
