Male,25Y/O- Recently I ve had some tightness in the middle of my chest, along my sternum, and also discomfort,tightness and soreness feeling in my arms, left more so. I also have PreHypertention BP, and been watching my bp/p lately, BP ranging around 135-140 over 84-90, and 102-112 on Pulse. I do smoke tobacco, also history of Marijuana, Cocaine & Meth use. When I breath, I feel like i m taking several short breaths/or, brief pause -then a series of deeper breaths. My heart feels like its skipping a beat, fluttering, or beating too hard or fast. This gets worse & I feel extremely out of breath, exhausted when working, walking or even after showering. Sometimes, to the point to where I ve vomited. -There s been a couple of times, where I d almost blacked out/lost contentiousness, Dizziness. -I ve had a couple occasions where I awake/alert but felt the inability to speak/comprehend. I would try to say something but, either I couldn t get the words out, or my speech was very low & hard to hear/understand. -I also fall asleep unexpected, and for long periods of times occassionally aswell. Also, When sleeping, its hard for me-or-someone else to wake me up. My Father passed away at 77. with history of a stroke, My mothers, father suffered 2 heart attacks & bypass surgery. He passed away at 75 from: -Cardiopulmonary Arrest, -Respiratory Failure,- Lung Cancer, -CHF Congestive Heart Failure My Mothers, Mother passed away at 59, from: -End Stage Renal Disease (Primary Casuse of Death) -Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease -Cerebrovascular Accident I feel somethings wrong,somehow/somewhere.. I m scared, I m not sure if I m about to have a Heart Attack, Stroke, Respiratory Failure, or something else -Or I might be over reacting..
