Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

So first thing in you is to confirm the cause of chest pain. There are numerous causes for chest pain like gastritis and reflux disease, musculoskeletal causes. So firstly you should get you stress test done if ECGs are normal like treadmill test or stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. Also, you should get echo done. And if any of these test shows abnormalities then you ll need angiography.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
