General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I understand your concern, tiredness and palpitation may occur in many causes since you have not given much details such as age, your weight its difficult to ascertain the cause. Meanwhile you can check your Haemoglobin level and thyroid hormones level to rule out anemia and thyroid problems since these will be the common causes for your symptoms. All the best for your higher studies. Hope this information will help you and have a nice day, take care.
I find this answer helpful
