Suggest Treatment For Pancreatitis Leading To Pain In Left Abdomen

I have been having pain in my left side . It was more noticeable at night at first. Now I am beginning to feel it intermittently throughout the day. I was in the hospital and February with another health issue and was told that I had pancreatitis. I did not know this before I was hospitalized with a lower bowel obstruction due to scar tissue. I am also diabetic. I hope that you can answer my question.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
If i were you i would rush to my surgeon who should evaluate the pain and the reason of pain and then advise me suitable drugs according to his evaluation. If you are suffering from a chronic pancreatic disease then he will advise you exogenous chokecystokinin (CCK) or will advise surgery.
