I am a 74 year old male who never have used illegal drugs and extremely rare use any drugs related to pain or operations. I am 5 11 and 202 lbs, in pretty good health. I have recently begun to have panic and anxiety attacks. Never had before in my life. I have been told to try Xanax or valium to calm me down. I am going to Europe on a very long flight next week and want to have an easy flight.
