Suggest Treatment For Panic Attack

Hello. I am a recovering benzodiazepine addict, 29 months clean. I am in protracted withdrawal from benzos, and the most recent symptom is panic attacks. I do not want to take another benzo, ever. I have been using 1 1/2 pills 22.5 mg mirtazapine for sleep. I took one this morning and it seems to have helped with panic. My question is, is there an optimal dose for panic/anxiety, and is it better to take it all before bed or divide the dose?

HI
Well come to HCM
I would like to advise you to control your self, be focused, practical, positive, try some exercise, yoga, meditation, in my opinion these are the best way to come out of the anxiety attack and this is not hard and you can do this even without the medicines, try it, hope this information helps, take care.
