Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through a difficult time due to your recent problems. The symptom that you are experiencing now, that is, a fear or a feeling that you may get another panic attack is called 'anticipatory anxiety' and this is common in persons who have had previous panic attacks.
Since these symptoms seem to be distressing you, I would suggest that you seek professional help. Please talk to your parents or your school counsellor, so that they can arrange for you to see a psychiatrist.
Wish you all the best.
Regards, Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar Consultant Psychiatrist
