Suggest Treatment For Papillary Thyroid Cancer
sir my friend is having papillary thyroid carcinoma and one ENT dr and General surgery dr also told him to do a surgery immediately. but he went to another dr and the dr told him that no need to do a surgery. if u don the surgery again it will become mass after long time. so u only take tab. and do not touch the area with needle also. so sir please give me a good suggestion. because he dont know the stage of decease. sameer nm

I really appreciate your concern, such case needs some detail as long as the lesion and clinical condition, tests are concern then and then something could have been thought, if this is the malignancy then surgical excision is must, I could only say that for better opinion better to see the oncosurgeon clinical examination is must for advise if MRI not being done then get it done too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
