Suggest Treatment For Paresthesia And Pain In Cheekbone, Nose To Temple

Hello. I wonder if someone could advise please? I have been having parethesia and pain in my right cheekbone, from my nose to my temple, for about 10 days. It feels like I've been punched. The pain is generally achey but occasionally sharp. It seems to be slightly better after taking my regular pregabalin doses. I have MS, but I think the pain and the fact that it spreads to my nose is not consistent with trigeminal neuralgia? I started rinsing in case it was a sinus infection, but it is clear. My jaw is working normally and does not click. I do not grind my teeth.
