Suggest Treatment For Partial Phimosis

I am 20, I am suffering through partial phimosis where i am able to retract my foreskin when its flaccid but cannot do so while its erect. I think i also have short frenulum. although i dont suffer any pain while urinating or while erection but it created pain trying to retract foreskin while erection. i dont want to go through surgery. Please help with other remedies. Also are there any creams available in india? will they help?

Hi and welcome to HCM,
If your diagnosis is cinfirmed as phimosis, then surgery is the best option, which is a minor surgery.
Otherwise you can try lubricant gels.
