Suggest Treatment For Passive-aggressive Behavior In Men
My friends husband has been exhibiting increasingly passive aggressive, paranoid, irrational behavior over the last year to year and 1/2. It is now to the point where it is affecting their four children. I'm looking for symptoms because I think he's possibly mentally ill
I went through your details. You could be correct. Passive aggressive behavior, paranoid ideation and irrational behavior could be associated with paranoia, pranoid personality disorder or even paranoid type of schizophrenia. The key is how often the patient is having such problems and paranoid symptoms are irrational. I suggest you to motivate your friend to consult a psychologist / psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and further treatment. Such problems should not be delayed for treatment. They may not agree that they have disorder. that is where motivation and tactical approach works.
