Suggest Treatment For Patchy Hyperemia In Entire Stomach

Good morning sir. i am response from agartala . i have been suffering patchy hyperemia in entire stomach from 4-5 months . i visited doc in delhi . but i did not got any solve . my problem is that if i take food my belly is flow and something feeling wight . and also done endoscopy. what i do now ?

Hello,

The abdomen heaviness after meals and patchy hyperemia might be indicative of acute erosive gastritis or other stomach issues.The such type of changes are reflected following long standing acidity, gastric reflex, hiatus hernia, ulcer issues or else. My guidelines at present till you share your endoscopy report with me during follow up chat:
- Drink more liquids in sessions
- Consume easily digestible food stuffs
- Avoid all spices, non veg, junk items, dairy fat with high cholesterol
- Whole grains, pulses, cereals, legumes serve best
- Regular walking, exercises, YOGA
- Maintain regular sound sleep
- Avoid stress, anxiety
- Intake of proton pump inhibitor as esomeprazole on empty stomach with syrup mylanta or others to control the reflux issue
- Check to have regular smooth bowel movements with high fiber diet or bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk

Do discuss the need of H.Pylori biopsy from the stomach with your doctor during next scheduled visit.
