Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain After A Salpingectomy

I had a salpingectomy 3 months ago and now im having pelvic pain again. I am experiencing the same pain i had before the surgery. Had a hysterectomy in December of 2013. And stopped the excruciating pain for about 9 months. Then had the Salpingectomy back in october of 2014.

any way pain is related to surgery. get it checked by gynecologist. ultrasound of lower abdomen should be taken for review. if requered some medication can be recomanded.
