Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain Due To Ovarian Cyst

I had a bavarian cytst remove in 1979 and the dr said the other was ok. but I knew it wasn t because it remained hard. now 35 years later it bothering me bad. I fell off a dock with no ladder in gator infested water and was screaming like crazy while i m being beat agaist the piling legs wrapped around because I thought was going to drown. I hurt my pevic and it bruised me where the cyst is. I can hardly walk good. and it s really starting to hurt bad

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

I will suggest you to get USG done, to know about the ovarian status.
If the ovary shows cyst or any mass, please get blood tests done mainly- Ca 125,CEA,beta HCG, LDH.
MRI can be done if needed to know about the details of the ovarian cyst.

If all the tests indicate benign nature of the cyst, then laparoscopic removal of the ovarian cyst can be done.
Please seek expert advice for the same.
