Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain While On Bactrim

Hello! I was having pelvic pain and went to the Urgent care a week ago. They thought UTI and gave me 5 days of Bactrim and some pills to to help with spasming (they turn your urine orange. I can t remember the name). I was skeptical that it was a UTI. The pills did help with the pain. They called me back a few days later to say the culture came back negative but still finish the Bactrim. Well the pain is back!!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is the main concern then it could be due to musculoskeletal pain initially it can be managed with NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) if this fails to work then it may required some investigations and first would be MRI, you have not given your age and gender else something better would have been thought in female it could be due to reproductive organs hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
