Suggest Treatment For Penis Frenulum Ruptured After Intercourse

Had sex in standing position two days before. Penile frenulum ruptured. Bleeding occured. Didnt applied any ointment or taken any tablets till now. When the foreskin is taken back the ruptured part is hurting/burning. Please advice. Also please tell how to avoid this in future?
