Suggest Treatment For Penis Problems

sir, three years back i was sufferring from piles. so i was taking homeopathic medicines. after taking the same for few months, i had seen no improvement or cure except temporary relief. after that i left it and undergone crayo surgery. now, i am ok. but the homeopathic medicine which i took for piles , leads to severe side effects on my penis. aeter that my penis head become black and lost sensation and i lost orgasm after intercourse. in addition to that was getting pain while ejaculating in spermatic cord. then i started taking vitamin e capsules. still iam taking the same.now 70% of penis head becomes normal pink colour & iregained sensitiveness in that area .still 30% to be cured and iam not getting orgasm due to partial cure. so please recommend medicines for faster cure to become normal in allrespect and get 100% orgasm. MY AGE IS 44 YEARS
