Suggest Treatment For Peptic Ulcer And Indigestion

I have had a peptic ulcer since age twelve. Was on heavy narcotics for a year. The last year and half I have had random boughts with sever gas build up, nexium Does not help. In the last week I have developed an on going battle with gas build up, acid reflux, and naseua, no matter what I eat. Ex; stomach fine all fday until I ate lunch... I get indigestion, followed by heartburn, followed by gas build up then the acid reflux.

i appreciate your concern,
you have a severe grade of GERD.mostly it s caused by sphincter incompetence and hiatus hernia.
for now you can take RABEPRAZOLE+DOMPERIDON combination bd before each meal.
continue the dietary advices.avoid alcohol,hot spicy food,smoking,frequent intake of tea and coffee.
consult a gastroenterologist you need an UGI ENDOSCOPY.
