Suggest Treatment For Peptic Ulcer Disease

I am Brian RN working in a hospital in Uganda. I have peptic ulcer disease which has lasted for 7 years now with on and off episodes of pain. i have used triple therapy of amoxycillin, metronidazole and omeprazole but it has not helped me. What advice do you have for me, Dr.

i can understand your agony and concern as 7 years is a very long duration..
well as you have already taken the tripple therapy which is offcourse the best available drug regimen for peptic ulcers,i would suggest you to consult a gastroentrologist who will most probably suggest you to get done a invasive diagnostic procedure called as Endoscopy of upper gastro intestinal tract by which the doctor will directly visualize your problematic region and will be in the best position to provide you with the best possible remedy of your ailment
