Suggest Treatment For Permanent Relief From Cold And Running Nose.

I live in chennai. i travel to pondicherry on weekends. when going between the two places, i always get cold & running nose. this continues for 2-3 days and reduces. I take Cheston-Cold for relief and use eucalyptus oil for rubbing in chest. is there a way to prevent this occurring repeatedly.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having allergic rhinitis.
Take antihistamine like Montelukast-LC for few days.
Avoid dusty, humid atmosphere.
Ok and take care.
