Hi Welcome to HCM As you have not mentioned the age of your daughter. I would take it as around 15 yrs. The history what you have given points to mainly 2 pathology for a abdominal pain 1. Ovulation or menses pain, which is felt over lower abdomen during mid and end of menses cycle. Usually it is mild grade and dont need a treatment. But in case of severity you can take medication like mefenamic acid as an when needed. 2. Appendicitis. It is most probable diagnosis as pain is initially around the umbilicus (stomach area) and then latter localize to right lower abdomen. pain is severe in nature and relieved on bending and curling up. Associated with mild fever and vomiting. It is an emergency and kindly see a physician soon. 3. Less commonly pancreatitis and peritonitis. can be ruled out by serum amylase level and a standing X ray abdomen. Hope it helped you STAY FIT
