Hello,

Why your taking antibiotic injections? You may be suffering from premenstrual syndrome or PID or dub.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Use tablet Trapic MF.

Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
