Suggest Treatment For Persistent Acid Reflux

I started to get acid reflex when I was 16, but it rarely happened and didn't make me throwup. Over the past two years its turned into an everyday thing every morning i would wake up sick. Now its just been an all day thing. Nothing I try helps and i've have an endoscopy done and had a lot of irritation in my stomach. they are still trying to figure it out but nothing is helping and im getting to the point where i dont want to do anything cause im constantly sick. I hve a lot of problems in my family between cancer IBS celiac disease and more but im trying to narrow down things it could possibly be and things that could help me. its to the point where i cant even talk in the morning or do anything i spend my mornings in the bathroom. im only 18 living in my own place working and trying to start college soon, and it holds me back a lot.

Hello
Since , you are just 18 years and having acid reflux for 2 years with so many diseases in your family .
These measures may be useful for you .
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks . It might also help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down . To help control stomach acid one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates , pizza, burgers or spicy or greasy foods . Also take some antacid but if you thinks that there is severe acid reflux you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole-d once or twice in day .
You can also take rabeprazole+ itopride one tablet two times in day till complete cure.
This is a prescription medicine ,so consult a physician and get his prescription.
2nd reason of such acid reflux is usually over eating , so take care about .
3rd reason , as I have noted in my so many patient is tension or anxiety , so be careful.
Hope these things will be useful for you.
