Suggest Treatment For Persistent And Severe Sciatic Nerve Pain

I have terrible sciatic nerve pain right now. I not able to get to a doctor at this time. what can I do to stop this unending pain. The pain pain starts when I wake up in the morning, i take 5 aleve then I have to wait two hour for it to work. Then i take two Aleve almost every two to three hours, I understand that this can cause bleeding in my stomach but I have to take care of my 15 yr old daughter and a dog and don t really have anyone to help me. I have started applying ice, that doesn t help it makes it hurt more. Pain is so debilitating it controls all ascepts of my life.
