Suggest Treatment For Persistent Blocked And Stuffy Nose

I have been experiencing blocked n stuffy nose for about 8 months now. In the first few months, I had itchy throat as well. Recently I've noticed some noise in my left ear and I frequently feel itches in there too. This morning, I tried easing the itches by inserting a feather and to my surprise a substance more stickier that the normal ear wax was all around the feather after I removed from the left ear. I've visited several hospitals throughout the past 8 months and I'm still with this condition. Please help me

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of persistent blocked and stuffy nose which could be because of allergic rhinitis, nasal polyp, increase in nasal bone growth. and due to dysfunctioning of eustachian tube due to pressure imbalance.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take diet rich in multivitamins along with vitamin C pellet to booster immunity. Avoid pricking nose and touching repeatedly. Apply warm compresses to ear. You should take Levocetirizine and Montelukast combination at night to decrease infection and inflammation. You should use mist humidifiers in room. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Start treatment after complete examination. You should go for nasal saline rinses as well.
