General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking .
Apart from the things which have been cleared by testing, i would suggest-
- It can be coronary ( heart ) arterial problem... blocking of these reduce blood & oxygen supply to heart & cause constant pain in chest.
- Osteoporosis due to calcium & vitamin deficiency ( being aggravated by as age advances ) can cause weakness of bone & pain in chest..
Please get bone density test done & consult a cardiologist to exclude all types of heart problems.
Thanks
