Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cold And Fever In A Child

My son is 2.9 years old.he is having light cold and fever.I have given levolin and p-250 syrup for him. Now he is having light fever and cold only.Should i give him p-250 for fever or levolin alone is enough.How much dosage of levolin i need to give him and how many times a day.His weight is 11.8 kg.

cold is viral and self limiting control fever with tab or suspension crocin.for other medication consult neonatologist. doses to be calculated according to age and height and weight.
