General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a simple upper respiratory tract infection. As a first line management antihistamine like cetirizine or levocetirizine can be taken for symptomatic relief. If there is signs of infection antibiotics may be needed. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
