Suggest Treatment For Persistent Constipation

I have had symptoms of constipation for a few days but not significant as i was still passing stool but definately smaller. Today it was different as it was fine but i noticed red clots. I had my blood work done and doctor asked me to do more tests due to low b12. I am.worried cause these are symptoms of rectal cancer

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend using over the counter option such as Miralax.

I also recommend using a stool softener.

I suggest to drink liquids and use a fiber-rich diet.
