Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Dizziness

iv had cough now for 4 months + v got copd asma last to weeks my cough got worse when I cough I go real dizzy feel like im going pass out and first I got pain in my lower kneck then right side of my chest now left side of my chest when I cough bad ..3 weeks ago my dr give me steroids antibiocics and new symbcort inhaler dr said u be fine when finished my steroids that I no better

I really appreciate your concern, if this is COPD then such symptoms are very likely, what ever treatment is given is okay and this would be much effective in such case finish the course of this, steroid need to be given in tapper manner, hope this information helps, take care.
