General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing may be related to allergic rhinitis. The chronic congestion may lead to to polyps formation. You can use antihistamines such Benadryl or Cetirizine for allergy and also can use decongestants such Pseudoephedrine or Phenylephrine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
