Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Running Nose

Hi,



I am 30 years Male, I am suffering from cold from more than last 3 years. It is continues running nose & sneezing, I have to take cetrizine everyday for releif.

I got the treatement from so many doctors, all said that this is alergic cold but & most of them have asked me to take Telecast-L tablet everyday.



Please help me to cure

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more likely.
Best treatment of this is
1. Intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone) two puffs in each nostril twice daily.
2. Take combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) once a day at night before going to bed.
Since all these are prescribed drugs, better to consult ENT doctor or allergy specialist for prescription.
Allergic rhinitis is curable disease, treatment is prolonged but very effective.
